We collect only what you choose to send us, use it only to reply to you, and never sell it. This page explains what we collect, why, who processes it and how to ask us to delete it.

Who is responsible for your data?
EverythingKashmir, run by Hussain in Mumbai, India. Contact: hello@everythingkashmir.com, or the form on our contact page.
What do we collect?
When you use the Plan my trip or contact form: your name and, if you choose to give them, your WhatsApp number, email address, travel month, number of days, number of travellers, type of trip, budget the topic you pick and any message you write. We also record which page you sent the form from.
When you read the site: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, for security and to keep the site running. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
Why do we use it?
- To reply to your trip request or message, and to plan your trip.
- To contact you on WhatsApp or email about that request.
We do not use your details for marketing, and we never sell or rent them.
Who else processes it?
We use a few service providers to run the site. They process data only to provide their service to us:
- Vercel, which hosts the website.
- Supabase, which stores trip requests in a secured database.
- Resend, which delivers the email alert we receive when you send a request.
- Sanity, which stores our articles. It does not store your personal details.
Some of these providers may process data outside India.
How long do we keep it?
We keep trip requests and messages for 12 months after we last reply, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.
What are your rights?
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it or delete it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Email hello@everythingkashmir.com or use the form on our contact page, and we will reply within 48 hours.
Children
This site is meant for adults planning travel. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we use your data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
